What is the best value UK share dealing account for international stocks?

What is the cheapest/best value share dealing account in the UK for international stocks? I was looking for something as an investor who trades infrequently and not particularly large sums, so I didn't want to have annual fees etc, just low execution only charges for online dealing in a wide range of international stocks.
