'Instant pay online market research surveys'? Are they for real? Does anyone do them and do you get paid? Any particular sites you would recommend?
Some websites offer listings of paid marketing surveys as a way to make money online ... are they for real? I'm looking for a way to make a little extra money online. I found several websites that offer "updated/ current" listings of market research companies that will pay for completed product surveys and participation in focus groups. These sites cost about fifty bucks ,one time, to become a member, is it worth it? Can I really make some money, or is it just a scam? Please answer if you have experience in this area, and let me know the pros and cons and details. If this is a real possibility then pls tell me the most reputable/reliable website to join. Or, explain another way. Your expertise is appreciated; Jonnie
Does Vindale Research, Your free surveys.com, Surveyscout, Panda Research or any online surveys work? Do they work? Do not tell me about crash crate. I do not like giving out personal information to many adds. I want either a safe paid focus group for teens or to get paid for giving my opinion on new movies. Please don't send me to a scam. I have done some research on the terrible marketing online scams.

Best Paid Email Site - InboxDollars Posted by Brentat June 17, 2008InboxDollars is one I’ve been saving until the blog got off the ground a little more, because they’ve been one of my biggest earners for a long time and I didn’t want this post to get buried down at the very start. This is one of the most popular “make money to…” sites on the net, and they’ve earned their reputation as the best paid email site and one of the top legitimate companies in the industry. Their interface is nice and clean, as you’re never confused as to what you should be doing. In addition to the “paid to read email” offers they’ve become famous for, InboxDollars also offers many of the same ways to earn as other top sites: *SIGNUP BONUS - You’ll be credited $5 just for signing up. 1) Paid Emails - It’s really as simple as it sounds…on a daily basis you’ll get an email from InboxDollars announcing a new paid email. You simply click the link inside, a.. USA/Canada folk ca see the rest @ http://www.surveys.informerbot.com/ 2) Paid Surveys - Daily surveys worth $0.50 each and enters you into drawings. These are usually very short surveys. 3) Cash Offers - This is an aspect that InboxDollars really shines in comparison to some other sites. The whole idea is that you signup for trial offers, and you’ll get a credit of a few dollars (some of them $10+). The coolest feature, to me, is that you can choose to only show 100% free offers, meaning things you can sign up for without having to start a free trial and then cancel it later. 4) Cash Back Shopping - Offers cash back on purchases made from large vendors such as Dell and Ebay. If you’re going to buy something from there anyway, might as well do it through here and get a few bucks back. Thanks, Jack! *2 may be USA only? QuickRewards is a site that’s been around since 2002, but they had slipped under my radar until a few months ago. I’m happy to report that they’ve quickly become one of my favorite survey sites, offering a variety of ways to increase your account earnings, including some of the best surveys that pay cash that I’ve taken in my years of doing this. The interface isn’t the prettiest thing you’ll ever see, but it works and makes the process easy to work with. Ways you can make some money on QuickRewards: 1) Surveys - The offer a very nice variety, including daily surveys that you can continue to qualify for until you get one. Again, these are some of the best surveys that pay cash I’ve used, and one of the easiest interfaces to use as well (if they’d just make it a little more nice to look at!). 2) Signups - You sign up for a free product, you get paid…many of these are easy pickings. 3) Daily Clicks - They ask you to click some Thanks, Jack! *2 may be USA only? The selection of gift cards is pretty wide however, you’re bound to be able to find something in there that interests you. Target and Best Buy are always fun places to spend money, or you could go with a few restaurants. When you first sign up you have to take a really, really long survey that you get your first points for, but be assured, they usually are much shorter. They say to expect 1-2 surveys per month, but I’ve had months with many more than that. They pay in the following ways: 1) Points Redeemable For Gift Cards - Points accumulate with completed surveys. 2) Drawings - I have never managed to win, but maybe you’ll have better luck than me. Is this e-mail a scam? I recently got this e-mail: Dear Student, I would like to offer you an opportunity for earning extra money and making your life easier. Get Paid To Give Your Opinion. Believe it or not, your opinion is worth a paycheck. Companies spend billions of dollars a year trying to convince consumers to buy their products and services. Understanding consumer behavior helps companies improve their products and services and make more money. Your participation in giving your opinions on different research surveys directly influences the way companies develop products, services and policies. Knowing that they won't get our help for free, companies are willing to pay people like you good money (up to $100 an hour) for their opinions, because they know they will generate even more profits for themselves. Companies will pay you $5 to $75 just to fill out simple online surveys from the comfort of your own home. Get paid $50 to $150 for participating in focus group panels for 30 to 60 minutes. Get paid to take phone surveys and you can earn as much as $120 an hour. Participate in a focus group in your area and earn up to $600 for half a day. Have new products sent to you before they are released on the market. Share your opinion, and get paid, without changing your life at all. If you are interested just reply to my email! Best Regards, Michael Andrews It seems scam-ish to me, but I don't know, what do you all think?
Any tips on finding Focus Groups to participate in? With all the trouble I'm having in finding a steady job, I've been considering participating in paid focus groups to atleast bring in a little bit of extra money. But I'm not sure if there is anything out there that I need to keep an eye out for or worry about. Naturally, I'll feel a lot more comfortable participating in one where I go to a public place or the actual building of the Marketing/Research company. But I see a lot more offerings for online focus groups and research studies. But I hate giving out information like my address and name to people I don't know...I'm afraid of fraud and ID theft...stuff like that. What are the normal, necessary questions they ask for in focus groups and surveys (online and off)? What are the questions (besides SSN) that should immediately tell me to stop filling it out and not to do it? Are there safer, more reliable sites to find online focus groups and surveys...where I don't have to worry so much about applying for them and participating in them? Or should I just stick to the face-to-face ones?
Job offer through school email...too good to be true? or real? I got this email, and a few others, in my school email address. I don't know whether it's real or not because things do exist like this...Like today in class we filled out a survey on an ad a company was going to run after researching how it affected people. (Although we did not get paid for that one, we just get extra credit for the class it was in) Also, my roomie has been getting some emails too. We are both in the Recording Industry program which is part of Mass Communications so advertising IS an area close to our area. Here's exactly what the email says... "Dear Kody, I would like to offer you a challenging and well-paid employment opportunity. Sincerely, Carla Baker " I looked to see if "Carla Baker" went to MTSU (the school I go to) and she isn't in the system...Not that that means a lot..but still lol. What's your opinion on it? Thanks for your answers! *UPDATE* I posted this question a few minutes after I read the last email (the one I posted) and I still have no reply. I guess I'll wait a few days and see if they ever reply. If not I guess it is a scam. Although, like one answer said...it does take time so they would be willing to pay a little at least. lol. So who knows, thanks for answering though! *UPDATE #2* Some girl was standing in the middle of a courtyard thing with a sign mentioning doing surveys, and was being recording. I think it was for the MTSU tv channel....But I still have not heard anything from the person who emailed me.

Is www.50kper-month.com legitimate? Has anyone ever received emails or heard about www.50kper-month.com? It is runned by successful entrepeneur and tycoon Brent New (or so it appears to be). I read this site and it seems pretty interesting, however I am still skeptical because after about one month of experimenting with online paid surveys, and learning that most paid-online surveys are scams (or difficult to be successful with), I am now really "gun-shy" to inquire further in other sites, to inlude the www.50kper-month.com. Well, here is what I learned so far from personal experience: Within the last month, I learned that the following sites are either completely fraudulent, or are difficult to make money with, and these would be: InboxDollars.com MindshareSurveys.com ProjectPayDay.com SnapDollars A.W. Surveys Viva Research in the meantime I'm reluctantly giving out phone numbers and street adresses, and gender and income info to participate in online surveys in hopes of receiving some money, and in the process I receive annoying marketing phone calls every so often. Now my point, do you guys think that www.50kper-month.com is another one of "those difficult money making schemes" just like the other sites? If any one has any advise, suggestions, or has experience with Brent New's website, please let me know how it works. Thank you.
Any suggestions on how I can support myself while sailing internationally? I am ready to untie the dock lines and sail into the sunset! From Canada to the Caribbean then the Med! How can I earn a living?? My boat is pretty self sufficient, I only need about a $1000 a month living expenses. (I have a boat maintenance/repair emergency fund) I'll rent my house out but that will only pay for mortage and upkeep. Other then that I'm debt free! I could stick around for a couple of more years, but I want to take my doggy with me. If I wait that long, he might be getting too old to make the trip. BTW I am told there's no work for teaching english as a second language where I'm going & I refuse to charter. PLEASE...no internet pyramid marketing scams or surveys! I've been desperate enough to research them all! . But I am open minded about legit online business. Unfortunately there would be times that I will be away from the net for 3 to 4. I have been pounding my head against a wall for 3 years looking for answers!! SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME!!!
Are there any REAL and LEGIT ways out there to make good money online? I've been doing a lot of research and I'm beginning to see more and more advertisements for income online? I'm not talking about taking surveys for nickels and dimes, and I'm not talking about any get rich quick schemes. But does anyone know of REAL companies out there that will pay you a decent amount of cash to do actual work online? I'm already aware of all the scams....and I've seen all the fake testimonial websites that try to scam you into buying a product...thinking you'll get rich off the information. I've even heard that google has some online business for average people.....is it true though? I'm a recent college grad and while the job market is bad, I just want to put a few extra hundred bucks in my pocket, while still searching for the right career path. I just want to know, if there are any real sites to visit to make money, where are they??

Anyone know a great business design? After years of being disappointed in all the online businesses I have come across, I am now looking at starting my own online business. I want to start my own business because I am so sick of the way these other online businesses work. Such as the very popular affiliate programs. In order for people to make a decent amount of money from it they have to be really good at marketing. 90% of affiliates fail miserably making nothing or next to nothing. It can be very difficult to make money online especially for the average person. Not to mention countless scams out there taking advantage of the newbies. I do not want to join a business & promote it for others to join too, knowing damn well that 90% of the people I bring into the business are simply going fail. They will put their time, energy, effort & money into it & are going to fail. Some will succeed but most will fail. That's just the way these businesses are. I do not want to be responsible for bringing people into this sort of thing. I do not want to take someones money & then watch them fail miserably. All the different online business opportunities I've seen have their flaws. Whether it's affiliate programs, cash gifting, paid surveys, paid to click ads, paid to read emails, auto surf sites, any referral programs, or any other thing, they all seem to have one thing in common. That the vast majority of people that join the business are doomed to fail. Or at least make very little money that they certainly cannot live off. I have been searching for a perfect business where it is easy for everyone to make money. All I have seen all over the place are businesses that really only work for the people on the top, while the vast majority fail. Some of these are very competitive businesses too. And none are a win/win situation where everyone is better off, there is always someone worse off. So basically I have been researching, reading, doing some critical thinking, to come up with some sort of revolutionary design where everyone wins & it is generally very easy for everyone to make money. I have had a few ideas better then your average online business opportunity but none are that great. I have been thinking of everything I can to make it easy for someone to make money online but I can't really guarantee people will succeed. I am beginning to think such a perfect business does not exist. If it did why hasn't anyone created such a thing yet? I am trying to create an online business where it is generally easy to make money for anybody. No hype, no scam, no bs, just a damn good honest business that actually works for everyone. I'm just looking for any advice or opinions on business designs & any info you think might help in the creation of a 'perfect business'. Thank you for any comments.

What's this U.S. Workers Crowding Out Immigrant Laborers Advocates why did for illegals say only illegals did these jobs and where are the Americans they bemoan ? Advocates for illegals here the proof Americans are doing the work illegals do,what say you, NOW ? LOS ANGELES -- A year ago, a day-laborer center adjacent to a Home Depot here teemed with Latin American immigrants who showed up and found a sure day's work painting, gardening or hauling. These days, more than immigrants are packing the Hollywood Community Job Center: Unemployed Americans are joining them. There's little work for anybody. "Everybody is coming to look for work," says Rene Jemio, outreach coordinator for the hiring hall. "It's not just your average immigrant anymore; it's African-Americans and whites, too." For the first time in a decade, unskilled immigrants are competing with Americans for work. And evidence is emerging that tens of thousands of Hispanic immigrants are withdrawing from the labor market as U.S. workers crowd them out of potential jobs. At least some of the foreigners are returning home. "We see competition from more nonimmigrant workers," says Abel Valenzuela, a professor at the University of California at Los Angeles who studies day laborers. "Employers are also paying less than in previous years," he says.In the third quarter of 2008, 71.3% of Latino immigrant workers were either employed or actively seeking work, compared with 72.4% in the same quarter a year earlier, according to a new study by the Pew Hispanic Center, a nonpartisan research organization. The 1.1-percentage-point drop "marks a substantial decrease in the labor-market participation of Latino immigrants," says Rakesh Kochhar, the Pew economist who prepared the report. Since 2003, the labor force participation rate -- the employed or job-seeking share of the population -- among foreign-born Hispanics had been consistently on the rise. The decline in the third quarter of 2008 "is a testament to the character and depth of the current recession triggered by the housing slump," says the Pew report. "The recession has truly put Hispanic immigrants in a state of flux," says Mr. Kochhar, who based his analysis on data from the Current Population Survey produced jointly by the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Census Bureau. At the Hollywood center, even a year ago, contractors and homeowners employed 30 to 40 workers each day. Now, it isn't unusual for only three or four to get hired, organizers say. In Houston, where post-hurricane cleanup work is drying up, "the situation is getting more difficult by the day," says Salvador Perez, a 45-year-old Mexican day laborer who has been in the U.S. since 2003. "I like this country for the work opportunity, but now I can barely scrape together a few dollars to send home to my family after paying for rent and food." Are these the very same jobs that the big-shots told us no Americans would do, and that’s why we had to allow “guest workers”?

Is anyone hiring for online market research, data entry? I want to work from home, and all these survey sites are scams. I shouldn't have to pay for a job, and I certainly don't want to register on mulitiple sites on a daily basis. Anybody have any leads? Much appreciated.
