I have been told to always look at the assessed value of a property before buying to see if the property is priced well or not. How does this value compare to the actual value of a property? As I've been doing research, I've noticed the majority of the properties are priced way above their assessed value. Does that automatically mean they are overpriced? Or is it that the assessed value is a certain percentage of the actual value of a property? Anybody that would be willing to share their wisdom of real estate investing, please do!!!

How do you determine the value of baseball cards? I recently found a box of baseball cards from the 70's in a parking lot. They don't appear to be any players that I've ever heard of. But then again, I'm not a sports fanatic at all, so I don't know if they're even worth anything. How would I determine their value?

How do you know if a value is a solution for an inequality? How do you know if a value is a solution for an inequality? How is this different from determining if a value is a solution to an equation? If you replace the equal sign of an equation with an inequality sign, is there ever a time when the same value will be a solution to both the equation and the inequality? Write an inequality and provide a value that may or may not be a solution to the inequality.
What is the minimum value of the coefficient of static friction? Now, suppose that the curve is level (theta=0) and that the ice has melted, so that there is a coefficient of static friction between the road and the car's tires. What is , the minimum value of the coefficient of static friction between the tires and the road required to prevent the car from slipping? Assume that the car's speed is still 65.0 km/hour and that the radius of the curve is given. Radius = 91.3 m M=900 kg
